MAIN INFORMATION

     The Zaayatsky elevator was founded in the Kustanai region, Ordzhonikidzevsky (now Denisovsky) district in 1943 as an auxiliary point of the Batalinsky HPP, and from May 20, 1946, it became an independent point. From the beginning of its activity to 1954, three wooden and two stone grain warehouses with a capacity of 2,000 tons each and one grain dryer VISHOM-16 with a capacity of 16 planned tons per hour were built, a fire station and an office from an earthen layer were built. The wagons were loaded manually in bags.

     The decision of the executive committee of the Ordzhonikidzevsky District Council of Workers' Deputies was No. 196 of May 21, 1954 decided to determine the land plot for the construction of an elevator and storage facilities at junction No. 63 (now the village of Zaayatskoye)

      In the second quarter of 1960, the construction of the second stage of the elevator, designed by the Rostov Promzernoproekt, began. By the General Act of July 30, 1962, the Elevator of the 1953 type at the Zaayatskaya station was put into operation, consisting of a working tower and two silos.

       By this point in the year, the elevator had the following material and technical characteristics

cost of fixed production assets 3,665,300 rubles

elevator and storage capacity - 94,700 tons, including an elevator capacity of 25,000 tons

grain drying capacity - 88 planned tons/hour

grain cleaning capacity - 1100 conditional tons

installed power capacity 1575 kilowatts

nine production mechanized lines for receiving grain from a truck with a total capacity of 7,000 tons / day

four mechanized points for loading into wagons with a capacity of 2,400 tons / day

there is a typical utility building, an office building.

    Technical and economic indicators have been improving year by year.

    In 1966, for selfless work, the elevator was awarded a commemorative banner of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan and the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR, and the elevator staff was listed in the "Golden Book of Honor"

    In 1969, for the second quarter, the elevator was awarded the challenge Red Banner of the Ministry of Procurement of the USSR and the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Workers and Employees of Agriculture and Procurement.

   In 1969, the elevator team was also awarded a certificate of honor for the best work organization and good organization of the public review on safety and labor protection.

   For the successful fulfillment of socialist obligations, the elevator staff was issued a certificate in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin about entering into the regional Lenin book of Labor Glory.

   In 1970, for the championship in the regional competition of sanitary teams, the elevator was awarded a Certificate of Honor with a cup.

   In the 4th quarter of 1970, for the victory in the socialist competition, the elevator was awarded the challenge Red Banner of the Ministry of Procurement of the USSR and the Central Committee of the Trade Union.

   For the II quarter of 1971, the elevator was awarded the challenge banner of the Regional Committee, the Regional Executive Committee and the Regional Trade Union Council.

   In 1971, the voluntary fire brigade of the Zaayatsky elevator was awarded a certificate of honor for the first place in fire-applied sports among the firefighters of the Ordzhonikizevsky district. For the first place in the regional competition of sanitary teams, the elevator is awarded a second Certificate of Honor with a cup.

   The rationalizers of the Zaayatsky elevator twice took the second place in rationalization proposals and once the third place in the republic.

   For the successful fulfillment of socialist obligations for the 1st quarter of 1972, the elevator staff was awarded the challenge Red Banner of the Ministry of Procurement of the USSR and the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Workers and Employees of Agriculture and Procurement.

   In honor of the 50th anniversary of the formation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the elevator was awarded by the Central Committee of the CPSU, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, the Council of Ministers of the USSR and the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions with the Anniversary badge of honor.

   For the successful fulfillment of socialist obligations for the 1st and 4th quarters of 1973, the elevator team was awarded the challenge Red Banner of the Ministry of Procurement of the USSR and the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Workers and Employees of Agriculture and Procurement.
