Zaayatskiy Elevator LLP

        LLP "Zaayatsky Elevator" was founded as Zaayatsky HPP founded in 1946. There were 69 junctions on the territory at that time (now the village of Zaayatskoe). In 1991, it was reorganized into the Zaayatsky Elevator Joint Stock Company. Since 2001, the enterprise has been reorganized into a limited liability partnership.

       At present, the passport capacity of the elevator is 96,000 tons. The enterprise performs operations on acceptance and shipment, which can be carried out both by road and by rail. In addition, our company has two sacking lines that allow filling grain into 50 kg bags, followed by shipment to freight cars.

     The enterprise also performs grain cleaning and drying operations, bringing the relevant quality indicators (weed and grain impurities, moisture content) to the basic standards.

     The company has its own certified production and technical laboratory equipped with modern laboratory equipment from leading European companies FOSS and Perten, which allows for accurate and prompt analysis of incoming, shipped and stored grain.

     The weighing economy of the elevator is represented by automobile electronic scales with a weighing limit of 80 tons, and railway electronic scales with a weighing limit of 150 tons. Weighing is carried out in a fully automatic mode, with prompt recording of the results in the enterprise's 1C SCP program, which eliminates third-party interference in the weighing results.
